I had been looking for over a year for a professional who could do my acrylic full set nails really well. I live in Groveland, and I finally found the right place at Zen Nails Spa. The salon has excellent service — everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which makes you feel comfortable right away. Holly was amazing. She is very professional, gentle, and extremely patient during the entire appointment. She did my nails exactly the way I wanted, with great attention to detail. I am very satisfied with the result and will definitely come back. I highly recommend her!

I decided to get my nails done after not having then done for years, I was told by others to go to Pinky’s, “it’s new and their awesome”. Well, that can’t be farther from the truth!! I go in and show the photo of want I want, now to expect the exact same nails wouldn’t be reasonable, but it needs to look similar, right? The nail tech was pleasant, but the nails were horrible, I decided to just pay and leave as I didn’t believe it would get better as this was the tech that multiple people said was their best when it came to nail art. 85.00 dollars later I’m sitting in my truck, looking at my nails and flipping out as I would be utterly embarrassed for anyone to see them. They weren’t even close to the color, they were pink!!! Which had me doing my research, which I should have done before leaving my house…I see that Zen had a 4.7 rating, I read all the awesome reviews and see all the amazing nail art the do, and I put the truck in reverse and leave Pinky’s parking lot and go straight there. I walk in and explain what has happened to the gentleman at the front desk, and even he was shocked that they thought that was okay! I’m sat with Bibi, and she was honest and very up front with me, she told me that the photo of the nails I wanted was A.I. and she couldn’t do some of the art, followed by I can do others, and you will not leave here unsatisfied, and she was true to her word. No it’s not identical, but I actually like what she created better than the photo. I now have a go to nail salon and a tech that knows what she’s doing. I can’t thank Zen Nails for being so amazing!!!!

I went in today to get a fill on acrylic nails and get a pedicure. They offered a few hot and cold options for drinks- I chose hot green tea. Holly gave me a wonderful, thorough pedicure (included a sugar scrub with orange slice-very refreshing) and did an excellent job on my nails. Even when I changed, the color I chose before we started on my nails, she was patient with me. She even helped me pick my color. She did a great job! My services were done in a way that did not make me feel rushed but also allowed me to move on with the rest of my day. I love that!
